YOGA NIDRA & IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation that brings the body into complete relaxation while the mind stays gently aware.
Paired with sound healing, the vibrations of therapeutic instruments help the body soften, quiet the mind, and support the nervous system in moving into a deeper state of rest.
From Your Instructors:
During Yoga Nidra, the body settles into a state between waking and sleep, allowing the nervous system to slow down and move into deep rest. The breath softens, physical tension begins to release, and the mind becomes quieter. This deeply relaxed state can support better sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
When paired with sound healing, the experience becomes even more immersive. The frequencies and vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments surround the body as you rest, helping you move even more deeply into relaxation and creating a beautiful space to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are, get comfortable, close your eyes, and let yourself be carried. Leave feeling deeply rested, grounded, spacious, and renewed.
