Release of Liability Waiver

This Release of Liability discharges and releases Inspire Teresa LLC (including but not limited to Teresa Williams, Inspire Teresa, and all instructors, contractors, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action arising from activity, participation, or injury sustained at any Inspire Teresa–hosted location, event, online session, or service.

Release Claims

Effective immediately upon execution, I do hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Inspire Teresa LLC, Teresa Williams, and any affiliated instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or suits relating to any and all injuries, damages (whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual), or losses to both person and property that may occur during, after, or as a result of participation in any activity, service, or offering provided by Inspire Teresa.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All classes, workshops, circles, retreats, or group events (online or in person)

  • All body movement practices (yoga, dance, martial arts, breathwork, etc.)

  • All integrative sound therapy, sound baths, gong or bowl sessions

  • All intuitive, mediumship, and spiritual guidance sessions

  • All coaching, mentoring, or consulting services

  • All information, advice, or guidance received during sessions or events

  • Any effects that may develop during or after participation in such services

I understand and agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that it covers both known and unknown claims, present and future. I further acknowledge that Inspire Teresa LLC makes no guarantees or warranties regarding results and that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

I confirm that I am solely responsible for consulting with any necessary medical, legal, financial, or psychological professionals before engaging with Inspire Teresa services.

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be altered, amended, or modified unless in writing and signed by both parties.
