In each session, we start with a body activation sequence, allowing our bodies to shake off any negative feelings and stagnant energy and to move freely to the rhythm of the music. Then, we will chant the sacred chant of AUM to activate our endocrine system, calm our minds, and shift our nervous system into a more relaxed state for our breathwork meditation. The guided breathwork meditation includes intention setting with visualization techniques, diaphragmatic rhythmical breathing, and breath retention phases to allow us to go into a deep, relaxed state while releasing feel good hormones.
• What to bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated.
• What to wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
• We’ve got the rest: Mats and props are provided for your comfort.
YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Lynsey discovered the power of breath and its role in regulating the nervous system while navigating her own healing journey.
