Keith is a member of the International Center for Breathwork (IFCB) and a leading practitioner in the Breath Mastery One Sky International Breath and Breathing Institute where he has learned the Art and Science of Breathwork from Breathwork Pioneer Dan Brule.

He is also a Certified Advanced Instructor with  Oxygen Advantage where he learned from founder Patrick Mckeown. Keith has also worked with James Nestor author of the book Breath and other global breathwork leaders.
